The Google Pixel 3 users were getting a new bug that erasing in their text messages. They guessed after the November security update the phone get bugged after receiving a software update. Some users of Google Pixel 3 highlight the issue by taking it Reddit, making text messages stored on the smartphone to suddenly disappear.

Redditor chainsaw_huffing reported first about this matter by claiming, the Messages app in his Google Pixel 3 suddenly froze during a syncing process and when he restarted the app, some of the conversations had gotten erased. katiemcccc, another forum user claimed, all of his messages (including the one dated two years back) got erased from the phone automatically and despite several attempts at restarting the phone or installing/uninstalling updates and even chatting with Google, he could not recover them.

On 6th November, the November security patch rolled out as an OTA update, the Nexus handsets, the Essential Phone, OG Pixel series like the Google Pixel 2 and the Google Pixel 3 models. This update added a Google Assistant shortcut to the quick search bar on the Google Pixel and Google Pixel 2 units, and recently the Google Pixel 3 and Google Pixel 3 XL had updated with this feature out-of-the-box. Not only that, but the update also made enhancements to the picture-in-picture feature that allows users to watch video while they multitasking with another app on the screen. The update is also able to fix certain issues.
It is not cleared that this happened for November security update or it happens for the Massage app. The safe way is to create a backup if you have text messages on your Google Pixel 3, because it may be a solution if the Messages app works to a previous version, but it also important to inform that, this feature is also not working for every Google Pixel 3 users.
