Apple, on its iOS 14 has conducted the Android-style app drawer. The new iPhone Home Screen’s look has & app library changed for the first time by Apple. There are some new conditions or effects users would see for the first on iOS 14 based iPhone Home Screen, these are unknown and one should need to know that. That’s why we are here for you, to inform you of the important information related to the new iPhone (iOS 14) home screen style if you are an iPhone lover you should know that all.
New App library On iPhone
A. ON YOUR iPhone’s LAST HOME PAGE, THE APP LIBRARY WILL BE DISCOVERABLE
Apple with its 2020’s new moderation (iOS 14), the App Library has updated. The new App Library section is stated on the last page on an iPhone (iOS 14).
On the last page when you see the App Library that means also you will see a grid there, which has automatically organized folders that are categorized based on Apple’s own principle.
There the first folder you will see there filled with suggested apps, and the second folder you will see there filled with your recently installed apps. The first three icons come in every folder apart from ‘Suggestions‘, manually, you can not choose these apps. To exit the grid view and go back to the App Library, you have to swipe up from the bottom, you will not capable to swipe left to close that screen.
To open search mode, you can swipe down the App Library page, or on the other hand, at the top of the menu, you can tap the search bar to start the search. When you open the search mode you will see a list arranged alphabetically, of every app that installed on your iPhone. If you want to search an app by its name’s first letter, you must use the A to Z slider from the right edge of the screen. Must keep in mind you can search only the installed apps, if you try to search for an app from the App Store then the result will not come.
B. IF YOU WANT CAN HIDE YOUR HOME SCREEN PAGES
There is an option of hiding the extra Home screen pages, that is so easy. After updating to iOS 14, you just tap and hold any empty space to enter Apple’s Jiggle Mode, and then at the bottom of the screen, tap the circular icon with a number of dots (page marker), this actually reveals, on your iPhone how many pages are opened. Next, it will show you a new overview screen with all of your pages.
There, which page/pages you would not require or you not want, you can hide that/them. To do that, uncheck the box under its thumbnail, I must give you a piece of advice, to get quick access to the App Library, do not hide the first/second page.

C. TO THE APP LIBRARY NEW APPS GO DIRECTLY
When you finish editing the Home Screen pages, quickly, you would get an alert notification, that will say, any newly downloaded apps will now appear in the App Library. That’s a very helpful thing if you download any new app that would not add new pages to your Home screen.
To acquire this aspect, you have to tap on Settings, then tap on the Home screen, and next, choose the “Add to Home Screen“ option. I must mention, when you are in the ‘Settings‘ menu, for apps in the App Library, you can also enable or disable notification badges.
