Open File Explorer and navigate to the save folder which you entitled, and view the website offline. If you want to start browsing you can open the index.html or sometimes index.htm in your browser.

FOR iOS AND MAC

For iOs and Mac users ‘SiteSucker’ is a very good option, it comes with an easy-to-use and clean interface, you have to paste in the website URL and press Enter. The easy tool maintains the same overall structure and also includes all relevant media files like style sheets, images, PDFs.SiteSucker

It is also able to pause and resume download. This is capable to save the download to a file then use the file to download the same exact files and structure again in the future, that is very impressive. SiteSucker’s one bad side is it costs $5 and does not provide a free trial. The older versions of SiteSucker are available for older Mac systems (some features may be missing), and the latest version needs macOS10.13 High Sierra or later.
